Brian DuBois started 2:37am Studios in 1999 after graduating from the University of Detroit Mercy school of Architecture. He began working on small to medium design/build projects and became a licensed builder in the state of Michigan in 2000. He has embarked in a variety of fields such as model building, architecture, construction, mill work, welding, CNC programming, and exhibit engineering. From the hands on experience, he managed to finesse his train of thought and methods of design.
In 2009, Brian furthered his education and creativity by attending Cranbrook Academy of Art with a focus on furniture and production. His furniture/art line can be found at www.DuBoiscollection.com and features modern style items and art works related to the factories of his environment. His line was carried by Steelcase for 4 years.
Brian has taught classes at University of Detroit Mercy, Lawrence Tech, and Tech Shop. He will be offering workshops out of his studio soon along with the youtube channel
